Included are minutes, 1806-1905; treasurer's reports, 1820-1945; copies of correspondence concerning dues, 1903-1905; account books, 1820-1883; various lists of members, ca. 1806-1906; lists of officers and committees, 1900-1919; brief biographical notes on members, 1806-1879; membership applications forms filled out with biographical data, 1868-1878; a scrapbook of clippings concerning the National Health Program, 1938-1940; and a scrapbook, 1920-1934, containing obituaries of members and information about their resignations, transfers, reinstatements, and retirements from the Society. Also, minutes of some of the Society's committees, including Board of Censors, 1887-1905; Committee on Diseases (including some reports) 1860-1870; and the Committee on Membership, 1912-1933.
